  • Food & beverage — full menu, soft drinks, tea service and optional beer and wine
  • Staff — chefs, servers, captains and cleanup crew, insured and uniformed
  • Equipment — chafing dishes, serving ware, platters and utensils
  • Rentals — round tables, linens, chairs, glassware and centrepieces
  • Logistics — delivery, setup, breakdown and site cleanup
  • Compliance — permits, temperature logs and insurance certificates

Food & Drink

The drink programme matters too

Chinese food and Chinese tea belong together. We build the beverage list as carefully as the food menu.

Tea Service

Jasmine, oolong, pu-erh and chrysanthemum, brewed and poured at the table by our service team with traditional gaiwan or teapot service.

Soft Drinks & Juices

Sodas, iced teas, fresh juices, soy milk and seasonal fruit punch, served from mobile dispensers with unlimited refills.

Beer, Wine & Spirits

Beer and wine service, baijiu and Chinese liquor options, and signature banquet cocktails. ABC licensing coordinated where required.
